Parmesan Corn Flake Crusted Chicken

I made this last night for dinner. It's super easy & so yummy!

I got a large plastic baggie & added corn flakes, probably 1 1/2 - 2 cups. Lay it on the counter & crush the corn flakes. Then I added some Parmesan cheese & Garlic powder (as much as you prefer of each).

I then took each Chicken breast, rinsed it under water & put it into the baggie & shook. Put them on a baking sheet pan & cook for 350 for about 1/2 hour.

I made broccoli & cheese & white rice to go with it. It was really good & the kids loved it! Even LuLu did & she's super picky!

That's it! Easy peasy!

  1. yep, this works really well. Also panko bread crumbs or regular bread crumbs. Keeps the chicken moist. I also do this with pork chops.
